REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests proposals for Events Center Economic and Development Impact Analysis.

Proposals must be received by the purchasing agency at the location specified no later than 2 p.m., Central Standard Time, on January 14, 2011. Proposals will not be publicly read at the opening.
