1.01 Purpose of the RFP

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the City of Sioux Falls (hereinafter referred to as the “City”). The purpose of this RFP is to establish a contract with a qualified Firm for environmental monitoring, groundwater, and reporting services for the City of Sioux Falls Sanitary Landfill, which is owned and operated by the City. The services associated with this project will consist of, but not limited to, the monitoring and reporting requirements of the groundwater monitoring network and landfill gas collection and control system (GCCS).
