American Engineering Testing Inc. is on site to take soil borings on and near the future Events Center location. The soil borings are a key step in the design of the Events Center and the associated site work.

These borings will help determine the bearing capacity of the soil and the depth of the quartzite bedrock. Approximately 100 borings will be taken at the site. This information will be used to design the most efficient and costeffective foundation systems for the project.
