On Friday morning, December 23, 2011, a southbound lane on Minnesota Avenue will be closed between I-229 and the Big Sioux River. The lane closure will change over the course of the day and at times be on a northbound lane. At least one northbound and one southbound lane will be open at all times.

Geotek will be collecting surfacing and soil samples.

The work is anticipated to be finished by the evening of Friday, December 23, 2011.

Motorists are urged to use caution when travelling in this area.
