On February 3, 2012, at approximately 9:52 p.m., members of the Sioux Falls Police Department responded to the Parliament Casino located at 3600 West 41st Street for an armed robbery that had just occurred.

The investigation revealed that a white male, wearing glasses, approximately 5' 9" to 6', average build, possibly in his 30s, wearing a dark colored coat, and dark pants, entered the casino and displayed a black semiautomatic handgun toward the clerk. The suspect then forced the clerk to hand over an undisclosed amount of currency. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.

The investigation will continue, and anyone with information is urged to call the Sioux Falls Police Department.
