On January 10, 2012, at 1:02 p.m., Police units were dispatched for an armed robbery that had just occurred at Crown II Casino, 4809 West 12th Street.

A white male came in through the west entrance and after a short time inside approached the clerk. He produced a dark semiautomatic-type handgun and demanded money from the till. After getting an undetermined amount of cash he exited the west door and left on foot.

He is described as approximately 50 years old, 6 feet tall, 230 pounds, with a greying mustache. He was wearing a black stocking hat, dark or mirrored sunglasses, a green jacket with burgundy stripes down the sleeves, and blue jeans.
