On the morning of January 14, 2012, at 2:18 a.m., Sioux Falls Police Department, Sioux Falls Fire Rescue, and Rural Metro Ambulance responded to 207 1/2 North Indiana Avenue for a stabbing.

The 36-year-old male victim was located inside the residence with stab wounds to the left chest and left arm. The victim was transported to McKennan Hospital by ambulance and is currently being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The investigation is currently ongoing.
