Mayor Mike Huether will hold a press conference today at 10:30 a.m. in the City Hall Commission Room to present what he considers the top ten accomplishments that Sioux Falls City government captured during 2011.

“So often in business, life, and yes, in government, we fail to remember the sweat, hard work, and success of the past. We move on too quickly at times,” said Mayor Mike Huether. “The 1,100 City employees achieved so much for Sioux Falls last year, and I want to take a brief moment to reflect upon it.”

Mayor Huether will present a countdown of the “2011 Top Ten Accomplishments for Sioux Falls” and will also provide handouts of each individual department’s top five accomplishments of the year.
