Downtown River Greenway Project |
Phase 1 of the Downtown River Greenway Project includes reconstruction on the east bank of the Big Sioux River between 6th Street and 8th Street.
Improvements include river walls, improved and accessible greenway access, gathering areas, seating, a widened trail, and landscape and irrigation improvements. |
