Project Purpose and Need:

Russell Street from Westport Avenue to Minnesota Avenue is a major east/west arterial street for the City of Sioux Falls. The City is currently studying the future traffic needs with regards to lane configuration, pedestrian and bicycle accomodations, and safety improvements.
